The Legacy Review Committee awards Arts and Cultural Heritage Funds (ACHF) assigned to SELCO by the Minnesota Legislature for the purposes of Library Legacy programs and services. The Committee consists of representatives from each of the 11 southeastern counties including current and former SELCO/SELS Board Members, as well as community representatives.
